Procedures » Browlift

As we age, our upper eyelids and eyebrows descend, causing us to have a tired appearance, a furrowed brow, and deep wrinkles in the forehead. Although some of the wrinkles of the forehead and between the eyes can be temporarily addressed with BoTox, the descending upper lids and brow are usually corrected surgically.

Of course, this elective procedure is only for those nonsmokers who are healthy enough for surgery.

The eyebrows can be elevated through several powerful techniques, depending on your hairline and several other factors. Typically, the incisions are either above the eyebrows, at the hairline, or via a longer incision across the top of the head. In addition, a endoscopic browlift (utilizing smaller incisions and a operating videoscope) can be performed in select patients.
