What is a Brachioplasty?

Usually as a result of extreme weight loss, the upper arms make continue to exhibit extra skin, or as some women call them, “wings.”   Dr. Gordley can excise this extra skin using a seem that is located on the inside of the arm to improve the contour of the upper arm for a tighter appearance.
